Pipe thread compound in stick form. Lubricates, seals and prevents rust and corrosion. Use pipe stick on pressures to 2,000 PSI, temperatures to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for metal pipe carrying water, steam, air, ammonia, gasoline, natural gas, butane, propane, freon, petroleum oil. DO NOT USE ON OXYGEN SYSTEMS.
White thread lubricant and sealant. Brushable paste dries slowly, non-hardening, withstands up to 3000 PSI on gases at temps from -50d F to +500d F. Use on water, steam, natural and LP gas, oils, fuels, dilute acids. Apply to metals, PVC, CPVC, ABS, polypropylene and nylon. All-purpose sealant for HEAVY DUTY applications. Warning: Never use any pipe thread sealant paste or stick on halogens or oxygen; use PTFE Pipe Thread Tape.
Lubricates and seals all threaded joints. White, non-hardening, non-separating, non-toxic paste. Withstands up to 3,000 PSI on gases from -50 to +400 degrees Fahrenheit, and 10,000 PSI on liquids from -50 to +500 degrees Fahrenheit. For use with water, steam, natural and LP gas, oil, caustics or dilute acid lines of PVC, CPVC, ABS, Cycolac, Polypropylene, iron, steel, or copper. NSF and IAPMO listed. Brush included.
Gray, non-drip paste for pipe joint threads on lines carrying water, steam, air or natural gas. Prevents corrosion to threads. Never hardens, joints separate easily. Contains no lead, non-toxic. Do not apply to plastic threads. Use Harvey's TFE Paste or PTFE Tape made of TEFLON on plastic threaded joints. Brushtop bottle.
Non-setting, multi-purpose compound contains teflon, plus synthetic fibers. May be pressurized immediately following application. Recommended for use on threaded galvanized steel, iron, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, polyethylene, fiberglass reinforced, PVC, CPVC, and ABS pipe. Conforms to TT-1732.
Plumb Pak Pipe Joint Compound, 2 oz, Tube Packing
Soft-set, slow drying compound seals, lubricates, protects threaded pipe and fittings. Can be pressurized immediately for piping up through 2" and 100 psi. Recommended for use on threaded galvanized steel, iron, brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, polyethylene, fiberglass reinforced, and PVC pipe. Conforms to TT-S-1932.
Use on all metals, plastic PVC, CPVC, ABS and nylon threads. Tolerates -50 F to +400 degrees Fahrenheit; gas to 3000 PSI, liquid to 6000 PSI. Soft, slow drying, never seizes, allows easy disassembly. SEALANT for all types of gas lines. Brushtop bottle.
Pipe thread sealant is used to seal male to female pipe threads. The leak detection solution is applied (poured) on the joints of a gas installation to detect unsafe seals in the component-to-component connections (shut-off valve to adapter to gas connector, and gas connector to adapter to appliance regulator). Bubbles in the solution will indicate a leak. The pipe thread sealant is preferred over gas PTFE tape because of its fluidity - it seals up the crevices of the Male to Female thread engagement and provides a better seal. The leak detection solution does not contain soap or detergents, eliminating a false reading.
Plumb Pak Pipe Thread Sealant, Teflon, 1 oz, Tube Packing
For use on both plastic and metal pipe and fittings. Grit-free and does not contain PTFE (teflon). Sets soft; no cure time required. Never hardens, cracks or becomes brittle. No odor. Non-separating, non-flammable, and non-hazardous. Leak-proof hydraulic resistance to 12,000 psi. Withstands gas pressure to 2,600 psi. Performs over a temperature range of -50 degrees to 400 degrees F (on steel pipe). For use on all metals, including galvanized steel, black iron, aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, and on PVC, ABS, and CPVC plastics (for use on specific brands of CPVC pipe, verify suitability with pipe manufacturer). Not recommended for lines carrying concentrated acids, alkalis, ketones, and oxygen. Certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61; safe for drinking water lines. UPC listed. Meets CSA requirements 4-90 for gas. Meets Fed. Spec. TT-S-1732.
Fast drying, adhesive thread sealant especially suited for high vibration environments such as refrigeration or compressor applications. Stays flexible - designed for areas of high vibration and thermal expansion/contraction. Can also be used as a positive lock and seal on threaded fasteners. Lead free and contains no metal. For use with water (hot or cold). Brushable from 20 degree F to 140 degree F. Excellent as a gasket adhesive on flanges. Low odor, non-separating. Lubricates and protects threads. Easy application - brush top applicator. Meets Federal Specification TT-S-1732.
Standard oil-based thread sealant ensures exceptional leak-proof joints. For use on metal pipe and fittings carrying water, natural gas, air, steam, ammonia, brine, diluted acids, and alkalis. Uniform, smooth consistency provides for an easy application; will not drip or spill out of container. Long shelf life. Non-setting formula will not harden, crack or become brittle. Lubricates as it forms a tight pressure seal. Inhibits rust and corrosion. Wipes clean from hands. Withstands air/steam pressure to 200 psi and liquid pressure to 250 psi at temperatures ranging from 0 deg F to 350 deg F. NOT FOR LP GAS. Not for use on plastic pipe or fittings. Certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61, safe for drinking water lines. Meets Fed. Spec. TT-S-1732. Gray.
For sealing and lubricating threaded pipe joints. In smooth paste form. For steam, water, air, and natural gas. Does not contain lead. Wipes clean from hands. Hang tab tube.
