For general purpose circuits, protects lighting, heating and other circuits not subject to temporary surges and where available short-circuit currents are relatively low. Does not have any appreciable degree of time delay and should not be specified in circuits where large transients or motor overloads occur. Single element type. The counterpart of type W plug fuses. Use in non-motor circuits. 50,000 AIR. 250 volt maximum. UL Listed.
High interrupting rating, current limiting. Rated at 277/480, 120/208 and 120/240 volt. UL Listed 100,000 AIR, RMS symmetrical AC (Glass G). .41 diameter fuse. Glass tube, nickel-plated brass endcaps.
Provides motor overload, ground fault and short-circuit protection. Helps protect motors against burnout from overloads and single phasing on three phase systems. Will hold an overload which is five times greater than the ampere rating of the fuse for a minimum of ten seconds. 250 volt maximum. UL Listed, CSA Certified.
Fuse reducers allow a smaller size fuse to be installed in a fuse block intended for a larger fuse. A No.263 reducer installed on a 30 amp fuse permits it to be installed in a 60 amp fuse block. Reducers are particularly useful when equipment is being converted. Proper protection can be maintained without the expense of replacing the fuse block.
Provides supplemental protection to industrial, commercial, agricultural, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Used to protect internal components such as control circuit wiring, motor control transformers and small motors. 250 volt maximum, 13/32" x 1-1/2".
Same size as ordinary fuses. 10 second minimum time lag at 500 percent rated current prevents shutdowns caused by starting currents or other harmless overloads. Guards motor against burnout from overloads or single phasing. Operates cooler than other fuse types, reduces heating in switches and panels. 13/16" diameter x 5" length. Class RK5, 600 volt maximum. UL Listed, CSA Certified.
